HOT WOK Original 7 KW gas burner
The powerful HOT WOK gas burner is suitable for professional restaurateurs and hobby cooks alike. The 7 kW burner is made of cast iron and can be regulated over 3 flames. The HOT WOK can be operated with all commercially available 3, 5 and 11 kg gas bottles. The maximum consumption per hour is 560 grams of LPG (propane/butane). This means that the HOT WOK can be operated for at least20 hours with an 11 kg propane bottle.
The burner is easy to store thanks to its compact design (overall height approx. 21 cm x approx. 27 cm diameter).
