Application
The pressure-sensitive adhesive tape is preferably used for taping cable harnesses in the automotive industry. The specially designed, smooth-ground tape surface produces a dirt-repellent and permanently flexible cable harness that is very well protected against external mechanical stresses (e.g. sharp edges) compared to many other tape materials (e.g. PVC, rayon, PET sewing fleece, etc.). Thanks to its high temperature resistance, extremely robust backing material and excellent media resistance, this fabric tape can also be used in the engine compartment.
