Dekalin DEKAPHON Underbody Protection 9735 is a resistant protective coating with anti-corrosive properties for OEM/professional use.

In addition, DEKAPHON 9735 has a sound-absorbing effect and forms a robust protective film that withstands various climatic conditions as well as gravel and stone chipping.

Proper use. 1:

1. make sure the surface to be sprayed is clean, dry and free of rust, dust and grease beforehand. 2.
Shake for 2-3 minutes before use. 3.
Keep a spraying distance of approx. 30 cm. 4.
Spray until the desired thickness is reached. 5.
5. allow to dry until a robust film has formed.

Temperature resistance (cured) : -25°C to +80°C

Consumption : ± 0.4 litre/m² = ± 400 µm wet film)

Touch dry (20°C, 65% rel. LF) : approx. 75 minutes (± 400 µm wet)
Completely dry (20°C, 65% rel. LF): approx. 135 minutes (± 400 µm wet)

Salt spray test (DIN 50021) : Up to 480 hours, Ri0 at 200 µm dry layer)

Bending test (DIN 53152, +70°C) : no cracks, no loss of adhesion
Bending test (DIN 53152, -30°C) : no cracks, no loss of adhesion

Adhesion test (DIN 53151) : Gt 0 on various metal surfaces, PVC
